While I find the room a little bit restricted by the size for 2 adults it's actually a quaint retro hotel with 5 stars on friendliness, cleanliness and also the staff was exceptional in their efforts to make the stay pleasant.
Please accept your initial expectations. I stayed here for a couple of days while trying to meet up with a much older friend. I was house hunting near the coast and chose a place that seemed safe but not too inquisitive about noises, or goings on. Internet is dodgy, so never got in touch with him. Was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and hospitality. Might make it back to Rochester some day.
It's an older place, but well kept. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Half the price of other area hotels. No amenities but a perfect place for a quick stay in an easy location near the highway.
Extremely nice staff, clean rooms and quiet, very inexpensive and close by grocery and convenience stores and plenty of places to eat
